NBA, NBAPA agree to 72 game season

Shams Charania of The Athletic broke the news just a few minutes ago that the NBA and the NBA Players Association have agreed to a 72 game season for the 2020-21 regular season. The 72 game season will start on December 22. There were only ten games eliminated from a normal year.
