The Illinois Department of Public Health is reporting 9,935 new COVID-19 cases and 97 additional deaths. That brings the state's totals to 447,491 cases, including 10,030 deaths. As of last night, there were 3,891 people in Illinois in the hospital with COVID-19, of those 772 patients were in the ICU and 343 patients with COVID-19 were on ventilators. The seven-day positivity rate from October 29th- November 4th is 9.1%.
